John Pearce on Piano is one of Europe's leading Jazz Pianists. A long standing member of the Scott Hamilton Quartet John contributes class, style and delicate precision to the NYC Quartet.
Paul Morgan on Double Bass is one of Europe's leading bass players. Whether on TV, Film or Classical sound tracks, or on the European Jazz Scene backing the likes of Peggy Lee, Paul brings a drive, energy and momentum to the NYC Quartet.
Rod Brown on Drum Kit is one of the most popular in-demand drummers on the UK jazz scene. He appeared on the first three albums of singer Claire Teal and stretches back to pop band Caravan in the 1960's. A precise and musical drummer, Rod brings a solid groove and focused projection to the NYC Quartet.

Completing the trio is Canadian Guitarist Dominic Ashworth voted Britains Best Guitarist.

'Classical Conversationalism' is a theory or approach to contemporary classical music devised by Roan. There is an essay called 'What is Classical Music' inside the album sleeve of their album 'Classical Conversations', an essay written by Roan which outlines his fascinating theory. It is this 'Classical Conversationalism' which underpins the music and performances of The Roan Trio.
All original compositions by Roan the Trio it is a mix of entertaining musical and visual spectacle and emotional, thought provoking reflection.
Performed on 14 different instruments this trio compliments the programme of any serious music festival or venue.

Roan Kearsey-Lawson Romatic Moods Show is an intimate exploration of his original classical and mood music compositions. Drawing on his 'Classical Conversationalism' Romantic Moods Show is an emotional conversation between Roan and the listeners emotions.
Performing original compositions Roan introduces the background to each piece. He talks about each composition before performing. Some pieces are based on people, others on memories or emotions. As a composer and one-time theologian his Romantic Moods Piano music is an intimate connection between his own spiritual journey and that of the listener.
