Mostly Me (2021 Jazz Album)List Item 1
This is Roan's third Jazz Album to be released. The second track on this album, "Walter's Love", was international track of the day on All About Jazz.
“Here's the ultimate in one-man-enterprise....This is no self-indulgent gimmick or a mere stunt designed to overcome Covid-19 restrictions, rather an intriguing insight into the mind and playing personality of a clever virtuoso musician." (Peter Vacher, 2021 Jazzwise Magazine)
This jazz quartet album features Roan Kearsey-Lawson performing on Vibes, Piano, Drum Kit and Digital Keyboard (using Vienna Symphonic Library Sample Bass Sounds). He also recorded the album himself, wrote the compositions (apart from Roan's Groove written by Duncan Lamont), did the mixing and artwork.
The "Mostly Me" title is a nod to "Mostly Duke" album by Milt Jackson, but it also represents that the album is indeed Mostly Roan (apart from the VSL Bass sounds and Duncan Lamont's Composition it's all Roan).

Classical Conversations (2015 Classical-Jazz Crossover Album)List Item 2
"Fascinating, inventive and totally accessible album...it would fit with Classic FM’s Smooth Classics...Kearsey-Lawson has a great melodic gift, plus an affinity with the rhythms and sound patterns of many countries...In addition to the eclectic charm of Kearsey-Lawson’s compositions, the album’s other remarkable feature is that it is performed by a trio on 14 different instruments!...It’s a virtuoso performance all round – and what a pleasure" (Ron Simpson, 2015 Jazz Rag Magazine).

New Horizons Suite (2021 Classical EP)
Another covid-19 lockdown production from the ultimate in one-man-enterprise.
Having worked with a Dutch Orchestra in 2019, Roan wrote this suite based upon the wars between the Netherlands and the UK, particularly reflecting on the attack by the Dutch Navy on his home towns of the River Medway.
Here Roan performs the piano and due to lockdown restrictions adds in a string quintet of instruments on the digital keyboard using Spitfire Audio's BBC Symphony Orchestra Sampled Sounds.

Presence in Mind (2013 Jazz Album)
"A while ago we introduced Roan Kearsey – Lawson in one of our Taster articles. Roan has now released his debut album, Presence In Mind, an enjoyable, satisfying, accessible album with straight-ahead relaxing jazz that will appeal to many people.
The album features Roan’s Quintet with Roan (vibraphone, Marimba, drums and piano), Duncan Lamont Jr. (flute, alto and tenor sax, and bass clarinet), Dorian Ford (piano and electric piano), Larry Bartley (double bass) and Dave Trigwell (drums). Ray Butcher (trumpet and flugelhorn) and Geoff Mason (trombone) guest on some of the tracks.
All of the tracks are compositions by Roan who shows he has a penchant for writing good, lyrical music and arranging it to a variety of styles. The album doesn’t pretend to push any jazz envelopes and the majority of the music is ballad-based, although it opens at a good lick withSplendid Blues. Fondness at track 8 again picks up the pace with Latin rhythms and the closing track, Brother’s Bounce, does just what it says on the tin." (Ian Maund, Sandy Brown Jazz 2014)

Yet another covid-19 lockdown one-man-enterprise.
Roan recorded all the parts himself, playing on Piano, Vibes, Drum Kit, Percussion, and on digital Keyboard using Vienna Symphonic Library bass sounds and Spitfire Audio Harp sounds.
The suite includes a mixture of earlier composed works (tracks 1 and 3), and newly recorded pieces (2,4, and 5), but all uniquely arranged for this album.
The last track, "A Song For Betty", is a dedication to her, and others, who died from Covid at that time.

New Horizons Suite for Solo Piano (2021 Classical EP)
This was another covid-19 lockdown experiment. Recorded by Roan at home.
It is the piano version of the Dutch inspired New Horizons Suite, and is Roan's second solo piano album to be released.
Notable with this music, Roan did not use his 'classical conversationalism technique', rather he wrote the music out fully scored for Piano in the traditional way.
